“Trout” is a metal collage which is constructed from brass, copper, and nickel. It is a representation of a Trout flying up out of the water in a river surrounded by trees.
The Trout is pierced (hand-cut) in brass. It is slightly domed for a 3-D effect, stamped for further detail, and oxidized for contrast. In the background is a mountain range which is made from pierced and stamped nickel. The sun shines bright in the embossed brass sky.

MetalScapes are collages constructed from multiple base metals. Segments are pierced, textured or oxidized in order to vary shapes, textures, and contrasts in a scene. Embossing and stamping may also be incorporated. Some shapes may be domed for a three dimensional effect. All the design segments have been riveted to the metal back plate.
